Introduction:
The CR04 Hotwire Anemometer Calibrator is a jet device capable of precisely setting the exit velocity. It consists of a calibration controller and a calibration jet (nozzle diameter: 1.0cm). The device utilizes a high-pressure blower, rectifier, constant pressure box, and curved jet nozzle to form a steady flow field ranging from 1.0 to 60 meters per second. The turbulence intensity is less than 0.5%. The design of the jet exit considers the influence of the boundary layer, resulting in a high-quality flow field with a wide range. Users can adjust the wind speed continuously from 1.0m/s to maximum speed manually or through computer control.
Applications:
It can be used to calibrate the Hanghua Hotwire Anemometer and probes, as well as other hotwire systems, or for studying the development laws of jets.
